The perfect white blouse is a necessity in every closet.

Here, my friend Sarra paired her white blouse from Express with pieces she already owned. This look is put together with a brown circle skirt and belt, tights, and oxfords. To add some polish, she wore a gold double chain necklace. So fab :)
