This is similar to a cut crease, well pretty much is but anyway. I used my 144 elf palette, and a palette that i got at the dollar general store. It has all shimmer colors. I used Orange, Midnight Blue, White and Light Blue in both Palette's. I put on the Matte colors first and then added the shimmer colors on top of them. Thanks for looking.
